Ownership/Entity

Our company is a new independent business. Bubbles Up! is a Limited Liability Corporation also known as an LLC. The company decided on an LLC because the business structure allows for flexibility. This structure allows the company to be strongly protected from lawsuits and makes it an appealing decision for a company that is selling a product that is not on the market yet.
